Sales Consultant | Technology | Phone Based

This exciting opportunity presents to join a fast growing global brand right here in Adelaide. Realistically earn over 100K in on target earnings with a base salary of $60K+super. Plus annual company bonuses, company shares and regular promotions.

Responsibilities

This role will see you following up on warm leads and existing business clients via phone, building relationships and ensuring customers are getting what they need and selling new solutions.

You can expect to perform the following tasks:

• Here you’ll be cross-selling, up-selling, collecting customer data and leveraging customer insights, to deliver first-class service to all stakeholders.
• Re-establish and confirm customer needs
• Building trusting relationships where your client is comfortable sharing their thoughts, concerns, ideas and goals.
• Your customers know about this brand already so… say goodbye to pushy sales and hello to solution-based selling!

Key Requirements

• Call centre or phone-based experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication ability, in both written and verbal English
• Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges
• Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
• Competitive mindset and love a friendly competition
