Your new opportunity

Travel is back! An exciting opportunity to join our RAA Travel Contact Centre team at a time of significant growth. We’re looking for people who are passionate, customer centric and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems and digital forms of communications. In addition, you will:

• Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer’s needs
• Sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and related travel products over the phone, via email and online
• Provide a customer service experience that can’t be felt anywhere else
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes

About you  

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

• Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is desired  
• Experience in a Travel Consultant Role
• A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets
• Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in both international and domestic products
