We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our Chief Marketing Officer. This role involves coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns, overseeing content marketing efforts, providing marketing administration support and competitor analysis. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our in house dedicated creative team by briefing them on marketing strategy and requirements to inform their creative direction on content development. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
The key aspects of the role:
Email Marketing (50%)
Develop and execute automated and segmented email marketing campaigns to nurture leads from initial contact through to purchase Implement strategies defined by the broader marketing team for segmenting email lists and creating personalised content to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales team to develop email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall enrolment goals. Analyse email marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Manage email marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and drip campaigns, to optimise lead conversion and customer retention. Content Marketing (20%)
Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals and support lead generation and customer retention efforts. Work with the creative & content team to create engaging and high-quality short-form video content to serve as lead magnets for email and social media channels. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps in the market and create content that addresses customer pain points and needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop content that supports the sales funnel, including case studies, testimonials, and product demonstrations. Analyse content marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvements to increase engagement, reach, and conversions. Marketing Administration (20%)
Conduct end of month lead source reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting of lead generation metrics. Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, course guides, and other materials. Assist in managing marketing assets, such as images and videos, to ensure they are easily accessible and organised for the marketing team. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, including budget tracking across platforms and channels. Support the briefing of social media campaigns and, on occasion, create organic social media posts. Marketing Research and Analysis (10%)
Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing strategy, including customer needs and preferences, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for incorporating new marketing tactics and channels. Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in marketing messaging, products, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven marketing initiatives. About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant quailification 1+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role. Experience working with a CRM (especially HubSpot) preferred but not essential. Experience in developing content briefs and working with creative teams Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
