Your team:

The Product Disclosure team within the CFS Product Risk Operations Team is responsible for managing the production & due diligence process for all offer documents for which Colonial First State is either the Responsible Entity or Superannuation Trustee. You will report to the Director, Disclosure and will join a team of Disclosure Managers.

Your roles and responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is support the Disclosure team to manage the end to end production of our Offer documents (including PDSs, Reference Guides, IDPSs, TMDs etc) and to ensure that our disclosure material is compliant, customer centric and is produced in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with CFS policies.

This role will:

Ensure all disclosure is up-to-date, accurate and compliant Ensure a streamlined and efficient offer document rollover process is undertaken Engage and manage internal stakeholders including SMEs, Legal, DDC, project teams, Distribution Provide advice and guidance to the business on all disclosure matters Understand and apply regulatory change to disclosure Keep all associated forms up to date and in line with changes made during the PDS process Assist the team with constant development & refinement of the PDS production process in line with legislative changes Manage any compliance breaches that impact on disclosure. When relevant, represent the Disclosure team at internal Project team meetings where the project deliverables impact disclosure

Your skills and experience:

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

Demonstrated experience in financial services with a background in Product/Risk/Compliance will be highly regarded.

Previous experience in the preparation of PDSs and other disclosure materials (preferable)

Good working knowledge of Objective Keystone software (highly desirable)

Great attention to detail

Working knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations governing the disclosure process

Ability to manage and consistently meet deadlines

Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders (i.e. ability to lead, negotiate and work within a team culture)

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Technical knowledge relevant to superannuation and investments industry (i.e. legal, tax, product and financial concepts)

Strong technical skills in MS Office, ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Good knowledge of CFS products, systems and business (preferable)
