White Collar Recruitment Advisor

RCR Mining Technologies have a new opportunity for aWhite Collar RecruitmentAdvisor to join our Bunbury Head office on a fulltimebasis. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• End to end White Collar recruitment
• Mobilisation of candidates across various client sites
• Coordination of flights and accommodation requirements for mobilisation purposes
• Use of strategic sourcing methods to build talent pipelines for future works
• Providing recruitment support and advice to project teams and management as required
• Conducting interviews and phone screening of applicants for vacant positions
• Recruitment and mobilisation activities such as reference checks and coordination of pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol screens 
• Understanding and issuing employee contracts
• Maintaining the HR System records throughout the mobilisation process, inclusive of appointment details, uploading of qualifications, certificates a,nd general mobilisation notes
• Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level.

To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing:

• Experience in high volume White Collar Recruitment in various Mining sectors
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, and interviewing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong computer literacy including MS Word and MS Excel
• Proven experience dealing with internal stakeholders
