The Role

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from maintaining exceptional customer service to managing staff and ensuring the highest level of quality in our food and drinks.

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-end restaurant
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
