Salary – $65,606 to 69,919 – ASO3 – Full time – Term Contract (temporary up to 30 Jun 2023)

Overview

The Administration Services Officer is responsible to the Manager Resource Strategy for the provision of an effective administration support service within the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist by developing and managing strategies designed to meet the demand for an efficient and effective administration service.

The incumbent also contributes to the team by attending staff meetings, taking minutes and performs follow up tasks. The incumbent also monitors budget expenditure, arranges for purchase and maintenance of equipment and vehicles, settlement of accounts and contract renewals.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is – Category C (minimal patient contact)
