$23.99 p/h (excluding allowances & casual loading)

We have an opportunity for cleaners to join our team at our Andrews House Residential Aged Care Facility in Trafalgar. Reporting to the Manager, Andrews House, you will work within a motivated and dedicated team that provides a range of routine internal and external cleaning tasks at the Aged Care facility. The position includes requirements for effective work in the Health industry, compliance with infection control policy and working safely.

This is a permanent part time position of 24 hours per fortnight. This stimulating role would suit an enthusiastic person who is hard working, flexible and willing to learn. They also need to take pride in their work. We offer comprehensive orientation to the department and organisation, in house salary packaging and onsite car parking.

The following experience/qualifications would be also considered advantageous:

• Previous experience in cleaning and working in an Aged Care facility
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work under direction and supervision
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to undertake a variety of duties within your daily routine

IMPORTANT: All staff employed in the healthcare sector are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.

All employees must hold current entitlement to work within Australia. A six month probationary period applies to all new appointments.
