Telstra Store Shop 98 Brookside Shopping Centre 159 Osborne Rd, Mitchelton QLD 4053
Multiple positions available
Must have full availability from Monday to Sunday

Duties

Provide quality customer service to all customers
Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
Achieve sales and performance targets
Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience

Experience in a customer facing role
Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
Ability to solve complex problems
Effective communication skills
Previous experience in a consultative sales environment is highly advantageous!
