It Support Engineer Or It Support Analyst

Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the IT industry? We are working with an ASX listed organisation based in the heart of Sydney CBD to join a well-established team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users across the globe, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT projects from start to finish. This may also include travelling to locations across Sydney from time to time so having a valid driving licence is essential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to internal users across Australia.

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

· Manage IT projects from start to finish.

· Collaborate with other teams within the company to implement new technologies and improve existing ones.

· Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows operating systems
