    Are you passionate about finding and attracting future talent? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the exciting opportunity to do just that and help WT continue to grow and succeed.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to source, screen, and select the best candidates for technical and non-technical positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs to provide guidance through the process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    Key responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent to deliver WT’s People Strategy
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers
  • Ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Contributing to talent-related projects and initiatives across the business
