Your Role
Main tasks:
- Maintain all system hardware and software and install and perform regular maintenance on all software and associate ancillary equipment
- Provide advice, support & guidance to staff & management with respect to technical issues, networking, operations, application, and desktop support
- Provide technical support, training, and direction to users to ensure the effective use of systems
- Participate in, and at times lead projects to implement new systems and technologies
- Provision, setup and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines
- Ensure all servers are being properly backup according to the backup policies and perform data restoration periodically
- Proactively conduct health checks on all applications, servers, and network devices and maintain stipulated SLA uptime agreement
- Proactively follow up and resolve outstanding issues with vendors, do escalation when necessary
- Implement and enforce all IT Security Standards related to PCs, servers, networks, routers, internet, and WAN network
- Maintains and updates the quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of these records.
- Assists in control and proper maintenance of internal documents received where applicable.
- Provides feedback to the manager about the purchase of products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations.
About You
- More than 5 years of related working experience in end-user support and hands-on experience in implementing and managing servers and network
- Good knowledge of the following technologies:
- Windows server OS
- Windows OS
- Microsoft 365
- Dell Server and SAN
- VMWare ESXi
- Cisco Network Switching (CCNA Certification).
- Cisco IP Telephony
