It’s all about you…
As Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will work alongside Talent Acquisition Specialists, Practice Partners, as well as the firm’s national People & Development team. 

As such, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-

• maintain the recruitment portal
• arrange interviews
• provide support with job briefs and job advertisements
• prepare reference check and offer documentation
• contribute to HR projects and initiatives (when required)
• assist with graduate recruitments

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience , ideally in a law firm or other professional services environment , as well as:-

• outstanding attention to detail
• solid computer and technical skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• positive and friendly client service approach
• ability to multi-task and stay on top of things
