The Role
Reporting to the State Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end- to-end employment cycle using innovative solutions to attract and retain talent to ensure customer service levels are maintained. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the recruitment process for drivers including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance to policies and OH&S across the driver network including scheduled audits, up to date licence and insurance information recorded
- Follow appropriate processes to record and manage incidents
- Regularly keeping in touch with existing employees to keep them informed and engaged with the business
- Actively participating in driver functions and events throughout the year including proposing new ideas based on feedback from the network
- Creating overall engagement and loyalty with employees for retention
Skills & Experience
To be successful you will have experience working within a high-volume recruitment environment such as labour hire or high-volume contracting environment most likely agency looking to move into an internal position. You will have excellent communication and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and have the ability to influence. Highly organized with the ability to work with pace, juggle multiple priorities and be adaptable is key to success in this role.
