This position will have you working over a number of sections to ensure all meals are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner.

About the Role:

Experience in Western and Asian Cuisine is desirable
Experience in Hotels or a similar environment is preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
Ability to work across a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
