Job Description

Our client is an exploration company focused on creating shareholder value by discovering world-class base deposits.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Field Assistant to join their team searching for base metals.

Requirements:

Demonstrated remote exploration working environment, with a mechanical “understanding”;

Australian Manual Driving License;

A National Police Clearance;

Pass a pre-employment medical, fitness testing, alcohol, and drug testing;

Great communication skills;

Right to work in Australia;

Physically fit (proven).

Position Duties:

Assist the exploration geologists with any and all exploration activities as required;

Supervision of drill rigs, and core processing;

Training, mentoring, and supervising junior field staff;

Assisting with the maintenance of field equipment;

Any other duties requested by the Senior Geologist.
