We are seeking an invested and passionate Front Office Manager at our newest Perth site, DoubleTree Waterfront. In the heart of the city and on the remarkable Swan River waterfront, this could be the next step to further build your experienced hospitality career.

What will you be doing? 

• Maintain a high customer service focus, and take both responsibility and pride in having a positive impact

• Use initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues

• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance procedures in the hotel

• Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and action improvements where possible

• Be knowledgeable of the Hilton brand, standards, and services, and train team members on these elements

• Identify shortfalls before they affect customer service, and develop action plans to address these opportunities

• Maintain a presence in the lobby, setting the guest service example for team members, and assist on duty, where possible

• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards

• Understand the hotel goals and the department’s role in achieving it, communicating goals to the team

• Understand the hospitality industry, the Perth market, and be aware of potential highs and lows in the business

• Attend and participate in regular meetings, including handovers, briefings, and etc.

• Prepare rosters and job schedules for team members, and coordinate with payroll approvals

• Complete regular financial and operating reports, including to forecast, review, and improve as required
