$60K PLUS SUPER

YOUR Next Employer is located in the Brisbane City Fringe, close to public transport.They are a Registered Training Organisation whoprovide online and in-house courses in Fitness, Health, Dental, Childcare, Human Resources and Business Management. They assist over 4,000 students complete courses per year and endeavour to create inspired, ready-to-work professionals through their supported education courses and programmes.

YOUR Role will be supporting a busy Sales Team undertaking data analysis, forecasting and lead distribution. As an Advanced user of Excel you will be able to produce graphs and pivot tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. You are using Sales Force (CRM) to run reporting, statistic, and conversion rate reports, along with other reporting functions.

You must have an advanced knowledge of Excel, you will also be responsible for compiling reports using Excel and Salesforce including call statistics and conversion reports, among other items. These responsibilities make up a large portion of your role, so the ability to think on your feet, work autonomously and problem solve is essential.

About you:

You will be an Advanced Excel user with proven experience undertaking data analysis and reporting.
You will be a strong communicator who can easily build rapport with team members
Attention to detail is paramount in this role, check your work and check again!
Must be able to take direction and provide a high level of support to the team
Experience in education sales or a sales focused call centre environment will be highly regarded
