Your new opportunity

Travel is back! An exciting opportunity to join our RAA Travel Contact Centre team at a time of significant growth. We’re looking for people who are passionate, customer centric and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems and digital forms of communications. In addition, you will:

Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer’s needs

Sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and related travel products over the phone, via email and online

Provide a customer service experience that can’t be felt anywhere else

Achieve and exceed set sales targets

Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is desired

Experience in a Travel Consultant Role

A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets

Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in both international and domestic products
