Skilltech is one of Australia’s largest providers of meter installations, energy and water efficiency services. We read, install and maintain these services for the government, utilities and corporations throughout the country. Supported by a hard-working team we continue to manage more than 52 million meter reads and 200,000 meter installations and replacements each year.

Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, the Administration officer will be responsible for providing effective high-level analysis of customer data with a focus on quality and efficiencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating field to system data using their advanced knowledge of Excel for leading Utilities providers. Scheduling experience would be an advance with a majority of the responsibilities sequencing routes for optimal field operations. Opportunity for training and development and to advance to full time for the right candidate. The position will require you to work Monday to Friday and will be based in our Underdale office.

About You

Advanced knowledge of MS Word, and Excel.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High level interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including internal and external stakeholders

Great attention to detail with broad geographical knowledge of South Australia

Reliable and self-motivated.
