The Role
After an incredible year of growth in 2022, there is now a need for an experienced Senior Principal Consultant or Team Leader – Marketing & Digital, to join the Sydney office. We are seeking specialised senior recruitment consultants who can support the team in their next phase of growth. 

The role will primarily be to lead and develop the recruitment team across their home state (NSW) specialising across the Marketing & Digital function. 

The State Manager – (Marketing & Digital) will be the functional and market expert across their chosen function within their state both internally among peers, and externally across the market.

Perfect for someone looking to step up into a leadership role – this is a hybrid desk split between leading and developing a team, senior recruitment, active business development and account management. On top of this, you’ll lead team members through Miller Leith recruitment process and be the go-to mentor through professional and personal growth.

• You will work with a collaborative team across Sydney and Melbourne with great tools to support 360 degrees consulting.  Our work is retained, our process is tight, detailed, and professional, but we have fun doing it! 
• Ideally you will be an experienced 4+ 360 recruitment consultant / leader and know your specialised sector. You should also have a passion for recruitment!
• You also should comfortably be able to build relationships and enjoy winning others over with your knowledge and ability to get the best out of people. 
• Be comfortable with stakeholders at all levels, and can talk with credibility about all facets of recruitment at all levels to strengthen your personal brand.
• You possess energy, drive, and gravitas and are results-focused.
