Role Summary 
 

The Systems Engineer is a key role that will provide external and internal facing technical and engineering services across the System Engineering, System Integration and System Assurance spectrum. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Act as a technical consultant for assignment delivery to the contractual requirements 

• Assignment performance to client satisfaction 

• Manage client relationships related to assignments 

• Contribute to development of innovative ideas which deliver service and product growth, client satisfaction improvement or operational performance improvement and for championing the implementation of those ideas. 

• Add technical expertise to large, complex and strategically important bids and proposals for projects across Australia 
   

Desired Skills, Experience and Capabilities  

• Demonstrated industry experience in the application of system engineering disciplines and management. 

• Ability to operate across the whole life cycle of a project from inception to steady state operation. 

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and practices and Systems Engineering tools such as IBM, Rational DOORS, MBSE tools etc. 

• Experience in the application of systems assurance, human factor assurance, security risk management and RAMS processes in complex projects.
