Recruitment Resourcer

The Position

If you’re looking for your next recruitment role or a career change this is an opportunity not to be missed, we are looking for fixed-term recruiters to work in our sourcing team. This role will give you exposure to sourcing within a large organisation across a number of clients and variety of disciplines. You will have access to a variety of recruitment tools and technology as you learn from experienced recruitment leaders who have had long careers in Talent Acquisition and can help you grow your career. Our National Recruitment Team is headed toward a significant growth phase supported with new technology that will change how we work, this is a fantastic time to join the team as they embark on this journey.

You will shortlist, pre-screen and interview candidates, to build strong candidate talent pools and match candidates to current opportunities. You will ensure your candidates have an outstanding experience and you will support current and future resourcing activities partnering closely with portfolio recruiters.

  The Person

 To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:

Previous experience in an Advisor or Support role within an internal or external Recruitment / HR environment or in a Customer facing role

Ability to meet KPIs and work to tight deadlines.

Resilient with a good work ethic

Excellent research skills

Ability to provide a great candidate experience through your exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Working well within a team and contributing to overall team strength through collaboration

Customer focus in everything you do

Ability to travel to remote sites and attend career expos

Experience in using recruitment systems – Desirable
