About the Role
Our client is one of the worlds largest D&C contractors, tasked with completing a range of works across the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport line. This is Australia’s largest project and will go for 5+ years.
With their Australian presence rapidly growing to support this project, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work across a true generalist remit and support this growth. You will be joining a high-functioning HR team and assist across project level for a remit of over 1500 FTE.

On top of this integration work, your wider role description will see you working across;

Supporting the NSW HR team

Help create and foster a high performing workplace culture, that attracts and retains talented employees

Provide strategic HR advice to business leaders and their teams

Employee relations across full employee lifecycle

Onboarding & offboarding processes

Recruitment coordination

Implementation of SuccessFactors HRIS

Review, development and implementation of all policies, processes and procedures

Payroll administration processes

Provision of HR metrics and reporting

Build strong and effective working relationships with operational and leadership teams

About You
To be considered for the position of HR Manager you will have:

8+ years experience within a similar role

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Business or relevant

Strong knowledge of the Construction award, EBA interpretation and various other industry awards

Strong experience across ER grievance management

Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills

SuccessFactors experience or other various HRIS preferred
