This role is based in our newly renovated Pyrmont office for 2-3 days per week. The remainder of the week may be worked from home and at times, visiting key sites to develop relationships with our managers and learning about our business in depth.

What you’ll be responsible for

Managing a portfolio of key stakeholders and seeking to understand key requirements and anticipate future needs

Applying creative sourcing strategies by optimising our search tools, building pipelines and developing networks

Applying best practice at all stages of the recruitment cycle

Adhering to key indicators such as time to fill

Focussing on diversity initiatives to ensure balanced shortlists with respect to inherent role requirements

Providing an outstanding candidate and manager experience 

What you’ll need to be successful

Customer service is key to our role. You will be adept at building relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners

An ability to effectively manage expectations and challenge the status quo

Able to work at pace with a lot of balls in the air i.e. you must demonstrate experience managing effectively across competing priorities

Demonstrated experience in a high volume recruitment environment

Able to confidently utilise and navigate an ATS (we use SuccessFactors)
