Position: Human Resources Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $82,000 plus superannuation per annum
Location: Plumpton NSW 2761
Our client is seeking a full-time experienced Human Resources Manager to provide administrative duties to support all aspects of office management: General HR and administration support, Answering telephones, Data entry, Write business letters and E-mails and Filing and document control. The company head office is located in Plumpton NSW but the role entails working across the following locations – Dubbo, Orange and Bathurst.
Tasks required include:
- Any specific request by CFO/Director
- Prioritise day to day work in consultation with CFO/Director
- Plan and Organise staff recruitment in consultation with CFO/Director and rostering staff
- Maintain office filing systems
- Supporting the CFO/Director in the recruitment and selection process of new staff
- Advertising – place advertisements in newspapers or on job sites for positions vacant in consultation with CFO/Director and rostering staff
- Reference checks on all new staff and send summary of staff skills and reference checks to CFO/Director for final decision on staff to be recruited
- Assist new staff Orientation with CFO/Director
- Reception as required
- Obtain the CFO/Directors signatures for new staff and give successful candidate letters to administrative officer to follow up
- Update databases as directed
- Attend and minute at staff meetings if required
- Developing and updating forms as requested and submitting for approval by CFO/Director for approval Print HR and Administration forms as required
- Assist with internal audits of HR and administration systems and processes as required · Assist with filing employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist to send employee reminders for outstanding police clearances, working with children checks, driver licences etc
- Update staff data base with employee qualifications, registrations, Drivers Licences training etc as required
- Send reminders to staff regarding expired documents in advance
- Assist and support Finance with staff file audits as per the audit calendar or as requested
- Organise hire of meeting room and meeting setup for all training and meeting
- Daily staff text reminder for next day client appointments
- Performing staff appraisals, performance appraisals in consultation with CFO/Director
- Attend to any work duty as a priority as requested by the CFO/Director
- Comply with all relevant legislation as per our policy and procedures
- Maintain client and staff confidentiality
- Ensure client/staff IT privacy by following IT security policy and procedure
- Ensure intellectual property is secure and not shared with a third party
- Assist CFO /Director in implementing all new and existing policies and procedures in the office and workplace
- Send all Newsletters, letterhead, legal or financial correspondence on behalf of to CFO/ Director for approval then distribution
- Follow Decisions Matrix
- Support with urgent Rostering when required
- Maintained and updated staff and client filing systems (following the Document Control policy)
- Assist in gaining staff signatures for all plans
- Maintain general office housekeeping
- Printing of blank forms for client files
- Update office cloud calendar with any client appointments as required
- Assist with any internal audits as requested by CFO /Director
- Assist with meeting setup and take minutes as required
- Attend monthly office staff meetings with CFO / Director and Office Team
- Actively promote Complete Care Team in a positive way
- Conducting internal HR audits and supporting Admin in other internal and external audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager.
