    Shared Services HR delivers transactional and advisory services on pay and leave conditions. There is a significant work volume of work as NSW Education is one of the biggest agencies.

    About the role

  • Leads a team in delivery of services including specialist advice.
  • Involved in process redesign with a customer focus.
  • Is part of the centre Leadership Team.

    Essential requirements of the role

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated successful experience in stakeholder/customer engagement in a Shared Services/Contact Centre environment.
  • Expertise across a range of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the Department’s Aboriginal Education and Training policies.

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

    • About you

    You will be highly motivated with self-drive. Have a strong resilience to push through difficult times. Need a capacity to assess problems and develop solutions. Work with the leadership team to shape the culture.
