The Role

As Administration Assistant you will be responsible forproviding admin support to various departments within thecompany.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Monthly reporting for various departments
  • Updating internal registers, policies and procedures and maintaining company intranet
  • Meeting preparation including minute taking and actioning any items that may arise
  • Assist with onboarding of new staff within the company
  • Provide adhoc administration support to the Executive Assistant of the Executive General Manager
  • Provide administration support for various managers within the company

You

To be considered for this role you must possess:

  • Well-developed knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Well-developed communication skills with excellent telephone manner
  • Personable & approachable in dealings, particularly with external clients as well as the whole of ABN Group whilst maintaining a flexible, positive, can-do attitude
  • Great attention to detail with highly developed verbal, written & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant Administrative or Business Certificate or Training qualification (Desirable)
