The Role

As an Administration Assistant/Receptionist, you will be working closely with the sales and HR Teams providing coverage for overflow work. You will be an integral member of the team responsible for being the first point of contact for on phone and walk-in customers. As the successful candidate, you will be required to come on board and be able to slot straight into a cohesive team.

You are a talented and well-presented. You pride yourself on being a professional yet friendly and enjoy being the first point of contact for all visitors to the site.

This role will suit an individual that enjoys a fast paced and busy office. This position differs as it offers a wide variety of duties, aiding different departments with their overflow work. This is very much a forward-facing position, so it is imperative that you consider yourself a people person.

To be successful in application you will have:

Minimum of four years’ experience in a similar position

Experience with a multiline phone system

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skill (Word & Excel)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in using an ERP system, Pronto or MYOB will be advantageous

Due to location, have your own reliable transport
