Leading WA Sheet Metal Specialist

7.00am-3.30pm

With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and several international locations.

West Coast Sheet Metal’s fabrication operation are looking to appoint a full-time office all-rounder to come on board to assist our Administration Coordinator/Bookkeeper. We are seeking an energetic applicant who is competent and committed to working across different areas. You will work with personnel from all levels of our organisation, as well as have direct contact with our customers and suppliers. It is expected that the successful candidate will be professionally presented, have excellent communication skills and be motivated to complete all required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients;

Answer telephone and respond to emails;

Maintain accurate filing systems hard copy and electronic;

Process daily incoming and outgoing mail;

Process emails accordingly;

Process quotes with drawings – PDF’s and DXF files;

Generate production work orders;

Data entry in Microsoft programs;

Data entry in MYOB;

Contact customers whom are to collect orders – Phone & Email;

Any Work required by Managers – can include spreadsheets, word documents;

Monitoring and maintaining stationery stock-levels;

Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.

Skills & Attributes:

Exception attention to detail;

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn;

Fast/accurate computer skills;

Experience with MYOB (desirable but not essential);

Experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate is desirable);

Experience with data entry;

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask;

Customer focused (internal and external);

Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly;

Self-motivated and personally driven;

High level of attention to detail;

Positive attitude, reliable and punctual;

Strong problem solving skills;

Certificate III in Office Admin or higher (desirable but not essential)
