Administration Assistant

What YOU do matters!

Do YOU have a flair for Aged and Community Care? If so, join our team at our Nursing hub at the Mitcham Office as an Administrative Assistant. In this role you will work towards effectively applying administration processes and systems for the nursing service , supporting consistent practice and effective delivery of services through engagement with referrers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scheduling daily nursing team rosters for the metro and Gisborne nursing teams 
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Promote the Benetas brand through maintaining a good rapport with internal and external customers
