Your new opportunity

We’re looking for a highly motivated event management professional to join our team. If you’re passionate about leading events from start to finish, and you have a demonstrated track record of connecting communities through partnerships that have impact, this may be the role for you. In addition, you will:

Provide the seamless delivery of events including booking agreed venues, liaising with suppliers, speakers, entertainment, and helping with the distribution of invites and promotional material

Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Assist in the partnership process from enquiry, application through to contract and promotion

Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and internal/external customers by identifying, responding to and satisfying their needs.

Play a key role in supporting the generation of digital content that enables widespread promotion of events and community partnerships across RAA’s digital platforms, including social media, online news website and staff e-newsletter.

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

Previous experience delivering large-scale corporate events

Ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, suppliers and stakeholders

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time

Eye for detail and ability to take initiative

Understanding of public relations, marketing and social media
