Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Complaints Investigator to join our Government client.

It is through to the end of August with possible extensions and offers hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct complaint investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties.
Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes and procedures.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal and regulatory bodies, as required.
Identify and review departmental policies relevant to the complaints (with support from the team manager)

About You:

Experience working in customer service across complaints investigation / legal / dispute resolution.
Written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and recommendations.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Prior experience working in the government sector – highly regarded

Victorian Government policies require all candidate to have two doses of COVID vaccine plus the booster as per ATAGI guidelines.
