We have a rare opportunity for a dynamic, results focused Marketing Campaign Specialist to join the Marketing Team located at Dandenong South.

You will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of tailored marketing campaigns to support the overall company objectives. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver effectively and efficiently on the agreed plan for any integrated marketing campaigns you manage.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Campaign planning, monitoring and performance evaluation
• Work with key internal stakeholders to develop campaign objectives, strategy and deliverables
• Monitoring and reporting on industry activity and trends
• Co-ordination of activities aligned to campaign strategy

Please note, this role requires travel within Australia.

Essential skills and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in the development, management and execution of marketing campaigns
• High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to interact with and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, effectively manage competing priorities and a capacity to multi-task (multiple projects at one time)
• High level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel a minimum),
• A keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to achieve targets ensuring an ongoing commitment to excellence
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing are essential for this role.
• An understanding of, or experience in, the Agriculture Industry will be highly regarded.
