Job Description
If successful for this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Providing network support and automation services across their global network.
- Identifying opportunities to implement network automation to replace manual tasks, improve service delivery, maintain configuration compliance, and improve standardisation through templating.
- Participating in project meetings, providing technical support and guidance for new technology rollouts and business site expansions.
- The role will attend their sites to perform network hardware upgrades associated with the deployment of new technologies or project initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCNE certification or relevant experience
- Automation and programming skills in Python, Ansible, pyATS, Jenkins, GIT, Pipelines, PowerShell, or similar toolsets.
- Understanding of Enterprise LAN, WLAN, L2/L3 Switching.
- Understanding of Routing including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Communication skills suited to the provision of excellent customer service, stakeholder engagement and documentation preparation.
