Why Your Role Matters

:

Due to demand, UNSW is expanding its collaborative HR Project Team. We are recruiting an HR Project Administrator to provide day-to-day project and administrative support to achieve objectives, outcomes and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating meetings, diary management, minute taking, and managing assigned actions

Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong communication and collaboration.

Provide specialist advice on administrative guidelines, processes, and activities.

Prepare & maintain detailed filing systems, program planner, registers and shared mailboxes.

Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information for the program.

Participate in and contribute to relevant project, process and business improvements.

Provide support for new staff inductions

General project management, and administrative support.

Who You Are:

Relevant qualification with relevant experience or training

Excellent time management able to meet deadlines

Experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.

Customer service approach with high communication and interpersonal skills

Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office

Sound judgement and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Advanced numeracy skills and high attention to detail

Strong stakeholder management skills
