The Role

As the Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Head Chef to maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will work closely with the team to train and mentor younger employees while producing high-quality dishes at a fast pace.

• Previous experience in high volume pubs or clubs
