Role Purpose :
Reporting to the Marketing Manager this role will implement acquisition and growth strategies across all distribution channels to maximise return. Working closely with external media and creative agencies, this role will be charged with accelerating media performance and delivering a return on marketing investment.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve set revenue targets for Direct and Retail product Develop marketing campaigns from conception, through creative processes to measurement of success utilising all channels including Radio, OOH, TVC, Digital, SEM, Online etc Managing the production of advertising and customer facing materials including the negotiation of compliance approvals with various legal and internal stakeholders. Continuously monitor campaign response and media metrics to optimise campaign performance ongoing Produce meaningful reporting across media, campaign, website and sales performance to enable easy monitoring of campaign performance Manage relationship of external media agencies to develop a partnership forward approach and negotiate to get the best outcomes for AWP Manage special projects as requested by Marketing Manager or Head of B2C Ensure customer experience is optimised in all customer touch-points through product pre-purchase, sales, renewal and cross-sell Manage competing priorities to meet set deadlines and deliver all campaigns within budget As the successful candidate you’ll be able to show:
Few years experience in marketing/digital. Significant experience in creating, delivering, monitoring and optimising digital marketing campaigns is required Integrated marketing experience across all channels is advantageous Experience in managing external media and creative agencies to deliver effective campaigns and improved results Experience within financial services or regulated markets is preferable. Proven success in delivering online marketing campaigns with a focus on SEM and digital essential Experience with email marketing platforms Previous marketing automation experience advantageous High level of skill with Microsoft Excel and intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite. Strong understanding of web analytics and digital campaign analytics to deliver meaningful reporting Strong ability to negotiate with stakeholders to deliver beneficial outcomes Ability to maintain a comprehensive understanding of product and competitor offerings. Ability to understand data and develop marketing campaigns based on your understanding Strong ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business and with external providers.
