Reporting into the National Promotions Director, this role as Promotions Manager will require you to work collaboratively with content and internal stakeholders to flawlessly implement and execute content and client integrated station promotions to grow audiences, revenue and to increase the value of our brands!

About the role:

Support the National Promotions Director with on ground development and training of Promotions teams.

Implementation and management of content led campaigns across local brands.

Implementation and management of integrated client campaigns across local brands.

Design, build and implement Content Initiatives from inception to activation, including go to market assets.

Prepare campaign documents and lead internal meetings with all internal key stakeholders to ensure communication and execution of all campaign deliverables and key messaging.

Monitoring and optimisation of campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates and post campaign reporting to clients/agencies and all internal key stakeholders.

Establish strong relationships with local PR agencies and P&P direct clients to support sourcing and management of contra for local benchmarks.

About you:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar environment – radio, TV or media promotions.

Proven Project Management skills.

Experience with Salesforce desirable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications or similar.

Proven experience in creation and delivery of cross platform integrated campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously.
