This is a dynamic and varied role for a culinary-forward Sous Chef . From daily food offerings across our Retail, Function and Boarding areas, no two days will ever be the same! In this role you will showcase your talents in a centralised production kitchen working alongside a passionate kitchen team. This role is located in Mount Lawley, Perth and locals are encouraged to apply!

Contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients

Play a key role in creating daily and weekly specials

Keep a keen eye on stock control, wastage and labour
