About the Job Role: An opportunity has become available for a Store Manager to join high performing outlet location in Perth DFO. As the leader you will be passionate about retail, driven by developing and coaching sales professionals, and looking for long term career growth. Ideal candidates will be managers with previous experience and success in a high sales and stock environment. You will have a genuine and authentic approach in maintaining and growing customer relationships in the premium/luxury space, along with a high attention to detail with store standards and retail operations. What you will Bring:

Proven success in a retail management role

Experience in developing high performing sales teams

Impeccable communication and grooming

Open and transparent communication style

Passionate about customer experiences and building relationships
