About the Role

Trade Marketing Representatives are responsible for the successful management and implementation of trade brand marketing and sales strategies in store for independent retailers across your territory.

We are looking for people with drive, passion, ambition and a commercial mind to build strong relationships with store managers and owners to achieve state volume and market share targets.

Develop long-term commercial relationships with key customers and leverage these relationships for commercial realisation and benefit.

Utilise data driven insights to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives to provide tangible competitive advantages in an ever-evolving marketplace.

About you

You are early in your career, motivated and want rapid career progression.

Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail is preferred, however enthusiastic recent graduates with a strong desire to build a sales career are encouraged to apply .

Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage

Marketing or Business Qualification is desirable

Good commercial acumen and relationship management (internal & external partners)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
