Caltrol is Hiring a Digital Transformation Business Development Manager in Arizona, California, or Nevada!

You will be responsible for developing assigned territory and accounts to its full business potential for all Reliability Solutions products/technologies and services offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish & execute an effective territory management and, sales coverage plan.
  • Work with Account Managers to develop individual account development plans and establish an effective penetration strategy.
  • Fully utilize CRM. Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer/account information.
  • Develop a thorough product knowledge competency on all technologies and services offering; ability to conduct effective demonstrations and presentations.
  • Establish and execute annual seminar schedules/programs; ensure maximum attendance of targeted customers.
  • Maintain proper care and accountability of assigned demo equipment and other company owned assets.
  • Develop and communicate as appropriate, industry knowledge and competitor intelligence.
  • Work effectively with associated internal sales support network personnel and other external complimenting distribution channels.
  • Meet/exceed assigned sales quotas

  • Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience

  • 3-5 years related experience
  • University degree preferred (technical discipline)
  • Willing to travel as necessary
