Have a track record working with Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) products? Worked with a range of business stakeholders? Want to be the product manager and custodian helping users leverage the feature stack?

This is a newly created role for a technically savvy technology product / project manager / functional consultant / customer success manager to take ownership of this organisation’s investment in their Cloud ERP SaaS solution and other corporate business software applications.

What you’ll be doing in your new role…

In this newly created role you will be the custodian of all things “Workday” and other business software applications helping ensure the various stakeholder groups (Finance, HR, Engineering etc) leverage the value from their technology investment and benefit from future upgrades and improvements.

Enjoying working with various heads of business and SME’s helping them improve their adoption, execution and customer experience as they deliver improved outcomes to customers based around Australia.

Manage service levels with software application vendors, third party technology integration consultants and internal technology staff as you coordinate resources to maintain software availability and performance.

Importantly, you…

Your resume / CV should support your commercial experience across IT product and project management, internal business consulting and service delivery management. 

You’ll have a track record for building relationships with a variety of stakeholders in an organisation where you have taken responsibility for application service delivery and improvement.’

Experience in cloud application lifecycle management would be of value, where you have worked with a variety of direct and indirect teams. A track record in software deployment and management is required. 

Relevant Tertiary qualification/s and industry certification/s (Scrum Certified Product Owner, Prince2, PMBOK) would be of benefit. They are a modern workplace that have adopted DevOps, Agile and Scrum.
