Digital Direct Mail Producer

THE ROLE

:
Austrade’s Digital Channels team, which is part of Austrade’s Communications & Marketing Division is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Direct Mail Producer to help Austrade implement successful and personalised email campaigns for our various audiences.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Direct Mail Manager and team to design, execute, test and measure campaigns. This includes the ability to create customer journeys for trigger-based nurture emails, apply A/B Split Tests, build marketing landing pages.

You’ll have a working knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM and self-directed drive to explore new functionality within these platforms. 
You’ll be a strong communicator who can confidently and constructively provide feedback to colleagues helping them understand the best way to engage with email marketing and showcasing best practice.

You’ll also be creatively supporting the production and delivery of digital content, so proven digital copywriting experience and an eye for email design is crucial. 
Experience working with Dynamics Marketing 365 (DM365) is highly desirable.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Assist with the scheduling and managing of multiple campaigns and newsletter production including the list management, design, execution, testing and measurement.
• Provide best practise and digital direct mail knowledge and guidance to internal clients and stakeholders through internal training sessions and monitoring of the team inbox.
• Assist with the creation of marketing campaign landing pages and forms.
• Assist with monthly campaign reporting, campaign analytics and insights.
