A little bit about the role:

As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor

Providing advice and support to front-line managers on a range of employee related issues, helping managers to proactively improve the employee experience and address concerns before they escalate.

Management of employee relations matters, undertaking investigations, supporting managers with the case management process.

Identifying issues that are beyond scope of the role and seek advice, support and/or escalation to the relevant Business Partnering Partner.

Maintaining and deepening a solid understanding of the awards and agreements and employment law that governs employment of staff.

Turning data into insights and support the partners in operational reporting to the business and recommend appropriate actions based on trends.

Supporting the Business Partnering Partners in the implementation of various strategic initiatives including ownership of some business improvement projects.

What will you bring:

2 years experience in a generalist human resource role.

Solid investigation and case management experience.

Undergraduate qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology or related discipline.

Sound knowledge of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies and trends.

Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired)

Experience liaising with Unions or working in industrially complex organisation (desired).

Experience with or knowledge of HR Advisory Centre of Excellence model beneficial

Demonstrates problem solving skills to successfully identify problems develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
