 We are seeking a Sales Lead with a background knowledge in sales management, tendering and quoting, and can create sales opportunities by anticipating customer needs. As this is a newly created role, RM Surveys aims to empower you to take the lead to optimise our existing sales pipeline process and tools.

Working with the Development Director, Bid Coordinator and Administration team, some of the duties of your role will include:

monitoring tendering platforms

collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation strategies

run sales meetings

create current sales reports

forecast sales with insights on market trends

working with internal stakeholders to implement a seamless sales management process.
