Digital Marketing Specialist at Randstad (Brisbane)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated immediately available Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media, search engines)

Analyze and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for digital channels

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation

Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging material

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Proven success in executing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms
