The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant are:
- Extensive diary management.
- Inbox management.
- Organising travel, mainly domestic.
- Expense management, ensuring to meet the business regulations on a timely manner.
- Email management, creating and implementing processes to ensure an organised and categorised inbox.
- Preparing documentation and paperwork for meetings.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- High level of organisation and communication skills to proactively manage day to day requirements of the role.
- Confidence and the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority in both writing and verbally.
- Well-developed computer skills including strong experience across the Microsoft Office suite.
- High attention to detail
