This opportunity

This role is responsible for providing the day to day administrative support to four General Managers within the Commercial Operations team. This includes activities such as diary management, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, reporting and internal communication. It may require liaising and organising across multiple locations within Australia, along with reasonable ad hoc request from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Confidential assistance in organising business-related activities
  • Produce general correspondence, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and department reports accurately and efficiently
  • Organise all travel arrangements for the team
  • Processing and reviewing expense claims
  • Day to day processing of all relevant invoices and supplier management invoicing
  • Proactively improve processes to maximize administrative efficiencies
  • Communicate with key stakeholders within TPG Telecom Limited and externally on behalf of your managers and the wider team
  • Acquire and implement all necessary tools and support systems required by the team
  • Organising team building sessions and other value added events
  • General administration duties to support the Executive Assistant and the wider team
  • Arrange catering if/when required
  • Knowledge and experience

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Experience in implementing process improvements/efficiencies
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
  • Ability to deal with issues and implement relevant solutions
  • Proficiency in applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
